Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the PyraWin mobile application or website. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PyraWin, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age to use PyraWin. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The referral/earnings program is available only to users aged 18 and older.

3. The Game

PyraWin provides a free-to-play Pyramid Solitaire card game. The basic game is available at no cost. Certain features, including the Earner referral program, require a one-time in-app purchase.

4. Earner Pass — Referral Program

By purchasing the Earner Pass ($14.99 one-time), you agree to the following terms:

• You will receive a unique referral link tied to your account.
• For each new user who downloads PyraWin using your referral link, you will earn a $5 reward in the form of an Amazon Gift Card or PayPal transfer.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals you can make.
• Rewards are issued within 14 business days of a qualifying referral.
• A qualifying referral is a unique new user who has not previously installed PyraWin, verified by device ID and email.

5. Prohibited Referral Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending rewards:

• Creating fake or duplicate accounts to generate fraudulent referrals.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to generate referral downloads.
• Self-referral using alternate accounts or devices.
• Misrepresenting the PyraWin app or referral program in promotional materials.
• Spamming individuals with your referral link.
• Making false income claims when promoting the app.

6. Reward Payouts

Rewards are paid via Amazon Gift Card or PayPal at your choosing. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on earnings received through the referral program. PyraWin may issue a 1099 form for U.S. users who earn more than $600 in a calendar year.

7. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies. The Earner Pass is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the referral program.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, logos, and software within PyraWin are the property of PyraWin and protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PyraWin is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that referral earnings will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PyraWin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of earnings from the referral program.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, any pending rewards may be forfeited. We will not terminate accounts in bad faith.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
